This role will partner closely with Operations, Inventory Control, Quality, Safety, Finance, and Customer teams to provide visibility into business performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. About the Role How you will contribute * Design, develop, and validate standard reports and metric dashboards to measure business performance. * Design, develop, and manage balanced scorecard needs for enterprise and recommend improvements to reporting processes. * Validate business data for purposes of establishing guidelines, variance and discrepancy analysis to determine opportunities for improved operational efficiencies. * Participate in or lead process improvement projects utilizing database or applications to streamline manual processes and improve productivity in both internal team and corporate departments. * Provide trending reports for the assessment of metric reports including customer program and service provider performance data. * Other duties as assigned. Your Key Qualifications * Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Administration). * Experience with reporting and metric creation. * Expert level proficiency in advanced functions of Visual Basic for Applications, Microsoft Excel (macros/pivots/dashboards/formulas), Microsoft Access, MS Business Intelligence (PowerPivot/PowerQuery). * Experience with SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal, and/or Excelcius Report a plus. * Ability to perform needs assessment; problem solving and root cause analysis.
