Edward Jones, a financial services firm, is looking for a Branch Office Administrator (BOA) to provide administrative support to financial advisors and enhance client experience. Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you will support client accounts, facilitate communication, and contribute to the advisor’s success. We’ll give you the support you need Comprehensive 6‑month training with a dedicated mentor. Wide support network from your branch to the region and home office. Independent work backed by a large team. What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed. Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year. Listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services. Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events. Skills & Qualifications Analytical thinking Attention to detail Adaptability Conversational skills Digital tool utilization Team collaboration Role Requirements Client service: Provide exceptional service via calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support team members. Account management: Learn the financial services industry. Handle account opening, transfers, and other requests. Process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate records. Administrative & operational support: Work independently to schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and streamline processes. Technology proficiency: Comfortable with MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
