• IP 24hr call with average 8-10 hours per day for consults
• 5-8 follow-up patients per day plus 4-6 new consults daily
• Two hospital locations coverage
• 3-5 procedure patients per day
• ERCP capabilities preferred but not required
• Rare to go in at night
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
