Compensation: $140,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on years of GI experience and credentials

An established physician-led multispecialty medical group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing Gastroenterology team in New Windsor, New York.

$140,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on years of GI experience and credentials

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions
• Conduct comprehensive outpatient consultations and follow-up visits
• Coordinate care before and after endoscopic procedures
• Develop individualized treatment plans and patient education strategies
• Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with gastroenterologists and referring providers to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in New York State
• DEA registration
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of Gastroenterology experience
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care

• Experience treating patients with IBD, liver disease, or GI motility disorders
• Hospital-based GI experience or eligibility for hospital privileges
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency
