Animal Company – Social Media Specialist This is a remote position. Animal Company is one of the most popular VR games on Meta Quest with over 1 million monthly active players. It has achieved this massive growth organically through social media in just a year, with zero marketing spend. The game offers a blend of spooky adventure and social chaos, targeting Gen Alpha audiences aged 13 and above. Animal Company is an original IP from Spatial Systems - The team behind spatial.io with nearly a decade of experience in VR. This is a remote position - Open to contractor or full-time We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our VR game studio and help innovate how VR games and immersive experiences should be marketed and designed. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a strong growth loop from user acquisition to in-game engagement. Responsibilities: Produce 7-10 weekly gameplay videos for YouTube, TikTok, Discord, X, and IG. Strong passion and curiosity for fostering a community for Gen Alpha, a niche audience that enjoys social VR games, while also leveraging social media trends. Analyze video performance to improve Reach, Engagement, Conversion driving new installs and in-game engagement. Requirements: Experience with editing short and long-form videos on various social media platforms. 2+ years of experience working within cross-functional teams in VR/AR space. Spatial Corp
