Outpatient Physical Therapist - Lymphedema (CLT) Charleston SC Area PSLF + $3K Sign-On

We're partnering with a 100% nonprofit hospital system in the Charleston, SC area to hire a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist with a specialty focus in Lymphedema therapy. This is a permanent, hospital-based outpatient role, ideal for a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) or experienced PT with strong lymphedema clinical background.

• Maximum 8 patients per day - real time to practice MLD, compression, and patient education the right way
• Specialty caseload : lymphedema therapy, oncology rehab, complex post-surgical cases, post-mastectomy, post-prostatectomy, and venous insufficiency
• Multi-disciplinary team of experienced therapists to collaborate with
• Flexible scheduling : 4x10s, 5x8s, or a customized 40-hour week

Compensation & Benefits:

• $3,000 sign-on bonus
• PSLF eligible through nonprofit hospital employer
• $500 annual CEU allowance

Ideal Candidate:

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program (not open to new grads for this role)
• Prior outpatient PT experience required
• Lymphedema certification (CLT) or strong clinical experience treating lymphedema patients
• Comfortable with MLD (manual lymphatic drainage), compression therapy, and patient education
• Servant leader mindset, passion for patient-centered care, team-oriented
