Job Summary/Objective

\n

The Full Stack Developer, Lead is responsible for the design, development, implementation, integration, and support of client's enterprise software platforms, customer-facing applications, APIs, and healthcare technology solutions. This role serves as a senior technical contributor, partnering with internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on software engineer with extensive experience developing enterprise applications, RESTful APIs, cloud-based solutions, and system integrations. This individual will provide technical leadership on complex initiatives, mentor team members, and support mission-critical production applications in a regulated healthcare environment.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications using modern Microsoft technologies and full-stack development frameworks.

\n

• Build responsive, user-friendly applications utilizing Angular and modern front-end technologies.

\n

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries supporting high-volume transactional systems.

\n

• Participate in application architecture, technical design, and solution planning to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.

\n

• Partner directly with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver application enhancements.

\n

• Participate in customer implementations, software deployments, production releases, and post-production support.

\n

• Serve as a technical resource during client meetings, implementation discussions, and production issue resolution.

\n

• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and promotion of software development best practices.

\n

• Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.

\n

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps and Git.

\n

• Provide Level III production support for enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and customer-facing platforms.

\n

• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective solutions.

\n

• Develop and maintain technical documentation including API specifications, integration documentation, and operational procedures.

\n

• Ensure applications follow secure coding practices, organizational standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

\n

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing platforms and development practices.

\n

• Participate in an on-call production support rotation as required.

\n

\n

Skills & Qualifications

\n

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or

\n

equivalent work experience.

\n

• Minimum six (6) years of full-stack software development experience.

\n

• Experience developing enterprise web applications using Microsoft technologies.

\n

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

\n

• Experience in supporting production enterprise applications.

\n

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS4.

\n

• Experience building and supporting integrations utilizing REST, Webhooks, JSON, XML, SFTP, and third-party APIs

\n

across CRM, ERP, healthcare, pharmacy, and customer-facing platforms.

\n

• Experience designing and implementing scalable microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, asynchronous

\n

messaging solutions, webhook integrations, and event-driven systems.

\n

• Advanced Microsoft SQL Server development skills, including T-SQL, stored procedures, database design, and

\n

performance optimization.

\n

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure App Services (Web Apps), Azure Functions,

\n

Azure Service Bus, Azure DevOps, and cloud-native application development

\n

• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and modern reporting platforms preferred.

\n

\n

• Experience integrating CRM, pharmacy, ERP, and third-party healthcare systems using REST, JSON, XML, SFTP, and related integration technologies.

\n

• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience across applications, APIs, databases, and integrations.

\n

• Understanding of secure software development practices, authentication methods, and healthcare data privacy requirements (HIPAA preferred).

\n

• Demonstrated technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

\n

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working directly with internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver software solutions, support implementations, and resolve technical issues.

\n

• Technical lead or project lead experience.

\n

• Experience working directly with customers during implementations and production support.

\n

• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industry experience.
