Community Recruiter

As the Community Recruitment Coordinator , you will play a vital role in growing Bright Achievements' workforce by increasing awareness of career opportunities within the communities we serve. This position focuses on community outreach, relationship building, employer branding, and talent acquisition to attract qualified Behavioral Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The Community Recruitment Coordinator serves as the face of Bright Achievements in the community, building recruitment pipelines through networking, events, and strategic outreach while supporting the Recruitment Department throughout the hiring process. Core Responsibilities Community Outreach & Representation Represent Bright Achievements at job fairs, career fairs, college recruitment events, networking functions, staffing events, and community organizations. Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, vocational programs, workforce development organizations, and community partners to establish ongoing recruitment pipelines. Identify and pursue new outreach opportunities that increase awareness of employment opportunities with Bright Achievements. Serve as a professional ambassador by promoting Bright Achievements' mission, values, culture, and career opportunities. Proactively source qualified candidates through community partnerships, networking, referrals, educational institutions, and other recruitment avenues. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of Behavioral Technicians, RBTs, and BCBAs within assigned territories. Generate candidate leads and ensure timely handoff to the Recruitment Department for continued communication and onboarding. Maintain regular communication with prospective applicants to encourage completion of the hiring process. Recruitment Events & Community Engagement Attend and represent Bright Achievements at career fairs, job fairs, campus recruiting events, hiring expos, networking opportunities, and other staffing events. Coordinate recruitment booth setup, promotional materials, giveaways, and event logistics. Deliver presentations and engage with prospective candidates to educate them about Bright Achievements and available career opportunities. Evaluate recruitment events and recommend future opportunities to expand community presence. Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination Conduct initial in-person interviews with prospective candidates to assess professionalism, communication skills, and overall fit. Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with the Recruitment Department and ensure a smooth transition through the hiring process. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and recruitment activities. Social Media Recruitment Utilize social media platforms to promote employment opportunities, recruitment events, employee testimonials, and company culture. Partner with the Recruitment Department to develop engaging recruitment campaigns that increase applicant flow. Monitor social media engagement and identify opportunities to expand recruitment reach within targeted communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bright Achievements
