What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize Figma, Notion, and Airtable to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance team collaboration.
- Source and engage top talent through creative outreach and networking strategies.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and alignment with company culture.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and drive better hiring outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 310 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, particularly in fast-paced settings.
- Proficient in using Figma, Notion, and Airtable for recruitment and project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates.
Preferred
- Experience working in a venture-backed startup or rapidly growing company.
- Familiarity with AI and data-driven technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
Compensation and Benefits
