Position Specific Description The Sr. Financial Analyst will serve as a Finance Solution Architect, partnering with Finance teams to understand reporting, analytics, and business needs and translate them into effective technology-enabled solutions. This role will evaluate business challenges, identify opportunities to simplify and automate reporting, and design solutions using tools such as Power BI, SAC, Databricks, and other emerging technologies. The successful candidate will be intellectually curious, comfortable learning new technologies, and able to connect business needs with data and technology capabilities. This individual will work closely with Finance, technology teams, and other stakeholders to design scalable, user-focused solutions that improve access to information, reduce manual effort, and enable faster, more informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities Partner with Finance teams to understand reporting, analytics, and process challenges and translate business needs into solution requirements. Serve as a Solution Architect , evaluating available technologies and recommending the appropriate approach to solve business reporting needs. Design and develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and data visualizations using Power BI, SAC, Databricks or similar tools. Translate complex financial and operational data into intuitive, actionable reporting for Finance and business users. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate existing reporting processes. Collaborate with IT, data teams, and other technology partners to translate Finance requirements into scalable solutions. Evaluate new tools and technologies and identify opportunities to apply them within Finance. Support solution design from initial concept through development, testing, implementation, and adoption. Build strong relationships with Finance stakeholders and serve as a trusted resource for solving reporting and analytics challenges.
