Because of our growth in the Southeast, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive to lead some of our water infrastructure capabilities. You will play an important role in advancing our design build delivery by supporting pursuits, coordinating execution strategies, and helping deliver high quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget!Responsibilities Support business development and pursuit efforts, including proposal preparation and preconstruction coordinationLead construction planning, estimating, pricing, and execution for water/wastewater infrastructure projectsManage day to day project activities across design and construction phasesCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, field staff, and subcontractorsSupport subcontractor identification, procurement, and contract administrationReview project contracts and assist in managing subcontract agreements and change ordersPartner with HSE teams to promote safety best practices across projectsMonitor project performance, including schedule, budget, quality, and riskMaintain strong communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholdersSupport collaboration across offices and water practice teamsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field 10+ recent years of experience in water/WWTP or related field involving construction of complex MEP intensive projectsExperience working on design build or alternative delivery projects is strongly preferredWorking knowledge of project management fundamentals including scheduling, cost control, and contract administrationExposure to subcontractor management and construction procurement processesCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to build relationships with clients and project partnersBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonus
