We are currently hiring for a dynamic and experienced Onsite Daily, Full-time. Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday, Fulltime. Role Overview In this role, you will install, configure, and maintain IT systems in both standalone and client-server environments. You will support Microsoft server infrastructure, Defense Message Systems (DMS), and other authorized government IT systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting end-user issues, performing hardware upgrades and repairs, and optimizing network performance across LAN and BAN environments. This position requires strong technical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with network protocols and infrastructure technologies. General Skillset Experience with Microsoft Office Verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both collaboratively and individually Critical Thinking Skills Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed Specific Skillset Install, configure, service, repair, and maintain IT systems in standalone and client-server environments, including Microsoft server platforms and Defense Message Systems (DMS) Integrate multiple Information Systems (IS) within a secure networked environment and resolve customer IT issues Perform hardware upgrades, component replacement, and system repairs to maintain operational capability Install and configure wireless hubs, routers, switches, transmission media, and workstation hardware/software Support storage networking devices and enterprise server hardware Install, optimize, and troubleshoot Local Area Networks (LAN) and Base Area Networks (BAN) Experience with IPv6, EIGRP, BGP, VLANs, VPNs, and Network Address Translation (NAT) Requirements Education & Certifications CompTIA A+ CompTIA Security+ Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) preferred Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) preferred DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification required Experience Requirements 4+ years of relevant IT work experience Experience supporting government or DoD IT environments preferred Build Your Career With Us Linchpin Solutions’ professional services organization is committed to delivering qualified candidates that meet or exceed clients’ technical and management expectations.
