Join our client’s Broken Arrow shop and apply your manual VTL expertise to restore and refine industrial valve and mechanical equipment components. If you take pride in precision, love solving machining challenges, and care about a flawless final part, this role is for you.

Your impact

From setup to final inspection, you’ll own the process—reading prints, holding tight tolerances, and coordinating with the team so production stays on track. Your attention to detail ensures safe, dependable equipment in the field.

Core responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual Vertical Turning Lathes (VTLs)
• Machine and repair industrial components to precise tolerances
• Interpret blueprints, machining drawings, and work orders
• Verify dimensions with precision measurement and hand metrology tools
• Support repair/refurbishment of valve and mechanical equipment components
• Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments to improve results
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Partner with shop personnel to meet production schedules and project timelines

What you’ll need to succeed

• Substantial experience operating manual VTLs or similar manual turning equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Demonstrated success holding tight tolerances
• Strong mechanical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail
• Independent, self-directed approach with minimal supervision
• Reliable work history and strong work ethic
• High School Diploma or GED required

Schedule & compensation

Shift: 6am–4:30pm (some overtime may be required)

Pay: $25.00–$30.00/hr DOE
