People Operations Specialist — Data-Driven HR & Onboarding

Northwood Space

Northwood Space is seeking a People Operations Specialist to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding. You will partner with the People team to maintain data integrity in systems like Rippling and deliver a responsive experience. Responsibilities include data accuracy, lifecycle event support, compliance, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and communications across the organization.
