Job Title: Medical Assembler / R&D Catheter Assembler

All Shifts Available

$23/HR- $25/HR

Join a medical device team building catheters and small medical components in a clean room environment. You will use microscopes, hand tools, and specialized equipment to assemble, inspect, and package products while following quality and safety standards.

• Assemble catheters and medical device components
• Work under a microscope to build and inspect small parts
• Operate braiding machines, extrusion lines, and laser equipment
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks
• Package finished products according to instructions
• Follow work instructions and maintain accurate documentation
• Verify materials and lot numbers
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals

• 2+ years of medical device manufacturing experience
• Experience with catheter assembly, braiding, or extrusion preferred
• Comfortable working under a microscope for long periods
• Experience with visual inspection and small-part assembly
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience working in a clean room is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
