Providing senior-level actuarial expertise, the full-time Senior Actuary will lead complex analyses and modeling efforts to guide strategic decision-making, profitability, and risk management within the organization's insurance portfolio, with options for remote or hybrid work arrangements. Key Responsibilities Lead actuarial analyses, pricing strategies, reserving, and predictive modeling to drive data-driven decision-making Partner with underwriting, finance, claims, and senior leadership to optimize business performance and ensure regulatory compliance Utilize advanced actuarial techniques to enhance risk assessment and profitability, while mentoring junior actuaries Required Qualifications 8 years of actuarial experience in the property/casualty insurance industry Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society Expertise in actuarial techniques related to pricing, reserving, and risk modeling Experience applying predictive modeling and data analytics to support business decisions
