Summary The Client Advisor embodies the Tiffany brand and delivers an elevated client experience through personalized service and expert product knowledge. The role focuses on developing client relationships, driving repeat business, and achieving store sales targets. Client Advisors represent the brand in every interaction and contribute to the store's commercial performance. Responsibilities Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets. Build and maintain client relationships and cultivate repeat business through clienteling. Capture and maintain client data using clienteling systems and POS. Deliver elevated in-store experiences and personalized appointments using the Tiffany Touch. Drive sales through key product pillars and convert clients through curiosity and discovery. Optimize hospitality and store amenities and act on client feedback to enhance the client experience. Requirements Experience in retail, luxury retail, or hospitality with a proven track record of commercial results. Ability to connect with diverse clients and provide personalized styling and service. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email. Authorization to work in the United States.
