We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a productive business through consistent action, professional coaching, and proven systems while earning rewarding commissions . You will learn how to generate new business, connect with prospective buyers, ask better questions, and follow up with purpose. Through regular activity and real client conversations, you will strengthen your ability to identify motivation, create appointments, and turn new opportunities into active client relationships.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will gain exposure to property searches, buyer consultations, showings, negotiations, and transactions. You will also learn how to organize your pipeline, manage client communication, and maintain consistent contact as buyers move from their initial search through closing.

Coaching and ongoing support will help you establish productive routines while continuing to improve your sales, communication, and relationship building skills. The goal is to develop a business that grows through consistent activity, strong client experiences, repeat business, and referrals.

Compensation:

$160,000+ at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations
• Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
• Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion
• A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
• Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently

• Team and DB lead generation
• Lead follow-up
• Close buyer or seller sales

Qualifications:

• Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude
• You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills
• Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
• Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills
• Great phone presence with a closer mentality

• Real estate license required
• Income reflects when hitting goals
• Sales experience
