We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to become more effective at finding sellers, earning listing appointments, and building a consistent listing business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for an agent who enjoys connecting with homeowners and wants to develop a repeatable approach for creating new seller opportunities.

You will learn how to identify prospective sellers through consistent outreach, database follow up, networking, and lead generation. From the first conversation, you will develop the skills to understand a homeowner’s goals, provide useful market information, prepare property valuations, and create opportunities for future listing consultations.

As you gain experience, you will learn how to prepare for seller appointments, communicate pricing and positioning strategies, present a marketing plan, negotiate effectively, and guide homeowners through the selling process. Coaching, proven systems, and hands on experience will help you become more confident managing each stage from initial contact through closing.

The focus is on building a reliable pipeline rather than waiting for listings to appear. By developing productive prospecting habits, maintaining relationships, and delivering a strong client experience, you can create a business that continues growing through new listings, repeat clients, and referrals.

Compensation:

$150,000+ at plan

Responsibilities:

• Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
• Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed
• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry
• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
• Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
• Possesses a real estate license
• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

• A real estate license is required
• Good communication
• Sales experience
• Must live within daily driving distance of the office
