- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of payment processing systems and related technologies
- Familiarity with ISO 20022 messaging standards and other relevant standards
- Proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
- Experience with testing and quality assurance processes
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to payments
- Experience with SQL and data analysis (in some cases)
