Registered Nurse - Telemetry

The Registered Nurse will provide patient care in a telemetry setting. Responsibilities include monitoring patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms. The RN will assess patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team. Knowledge of telemetry equipment and cardiac medications is essential. Candidates must demonstrate competency in basic and advanced cardiac life support protocols. Maintaining accurate patient records is required. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient health and well-being. Adherence to safety and infection control standards is mandatory. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies. Candidates must complete required health screenings and certifications before the start of the assignment. The RN will perform administrative duties related to patient care documentation as necessary. Fostering a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families is crucial. A commitment to ongoing professional development and training is expected. Candidates should be prepared to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
