Maintenance Supervisor

This position will supervise a team of mechanics and ensure daily maintenance goals are met. Due to the dynamic nature of our business, duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Daily Managing Supervision of Employees Follow-up: Quality Safety Turnover Sanitation Cost-Containment / Efficiency of Materials Safety Work Sanitation Schedule Work orders Write-up for next shift Responsible for monitoring, record keeping and taking appropriate actions for specific Food Safety Plan and Food Quality Plan and pre-requisite program requirements. Responsible to report food safety and quality issues to management. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 4-year degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Maintenance or Technology (MET) OR 5+ years experience in industrial maintenance with a food processing background Certifications in Sanitary welding, Boiler operation, Wastewater treatment, and Electrical systems beneficial, but not required Knowledge of Industrial electrical systems, Welding, Boilers, Pneumatics and Hydraulics KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Computer proficient MS Office, AutoCAD Striving Influence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive problem-solver Detail-oriented Progressive leadership and excellent supervisory skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
