New York Life is seeking ambitious professionals interested in building a career in financial services with the opportunity to pursue leadership and management.

You will begin by developing your own financial services practice, building client relationships, and learning the business firsthand. Individuals who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential may have the opportunity to pursue an accelerated path into management, subject to applicable program requirements.

We provide training, coaching, mentorship, and professional development to help you build the skills necessary to succeed.

We are especially interested in individuals who have a history of achieving goals, leading others, developing business, and taking ownership of their results.

$90,000 - $120,000 at plan commission

• Build and develop relationships with individuals, families, and business owners

• Help clients identify financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions

• Develop a client base through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement

• Create and execute a personal business-development strategy

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

• Obtain and maintain required licenses

• Demonstrate consistent performance and accountability

• Develop leadership, recruiting, coaching, and team-building skills for potential future management opportunities

• Maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity

• Demonstrated success in a performance-driven environment

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented

• Enterprising mindset with a desire to build a career

• Comfortable with performance-based compensation

• Comfortable prospecting, networking, and developing new relationships

• Coachable and committed to professional growth

• Leadership experience of at least 2 years

• Experience in sales, banking, business development, management, ventureship, recruiting, athletics, or another results-driven field preferred

• Willingness to obtain required licenses

• Financial services experience is not required
