Project Manager (PM)Humata Health Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our Delivery team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our healthcare clients by serving as their trusted advisor and advocate. You will guide customers through their journey with Humata Health, driving implementation efforts, adopting Humata products, retention/expansion, and overall satisfaction while promoting long-term partnerships.Location: Hybrid - Orlando, Florida, US or Remote, USCustomer Implementation & Project ManagementLead end-to-end implementation of Humata Health's products, from planning through go-live and post-launch support.Demonstrate ownership of the team strategy for achieving project objectives, independently identifying and executing the steps necessary to meet milestones successfully.Own and maintain comprehensive project plans to track customer projects, deliverables, and key milestones.Identify and drive the necessary steps to successfully achieve project objectives, independently resolving project-impacting issues in a timely manner.Employ effective strategies for identifying and managing project dependencies, proactively mitigating potential delays, and ensuring alignment with internal teams and customers.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal project teams during planning and implementation phases.Actively manage deliverables across planning, building, testing, and go-live to ensure successful deployments.Operational Excellence & ExecutionMaintain accurate and current documentation related to project issues, risks, and tasks in Smartsheet or other project tracking tools.Implement a comprehensive communication plan for each project, ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed with timely updates.Send meeting summaries and next steps within one business day after implementation meetings.Lead testing and training activities to prepare customers for go-live, ensuring smooth transitions into operational use.Obtain necessary payer, portal, and EHR credentials for automation implementation.Customer Advocacy & Continuous ImprovementLead Go-Live Check-In Calls in partnership with Customer Success Managers.Work with CSM and Support teams to ensure reporting accuracy and successful post-launch monitoring.Ensure customer workflows align with product functionality and escalate change management needs to the Customer Success Manager when necessary.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and SMEs, to align solutions with customer needs and goals.Role RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or consulting role, preferably in healthcare or technology.Experience with healthcare software and familiarity with HIPAA compliance and PHI handlingProven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and operational teams.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for tailoring messaging to diverse audiences.Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs)Experience with PowerBI for reporting, GoogleWorkspace, SlackFamiliarity with healthcare operations, prior authorization, or revenue cycle workflow optimization is highly desirable.Preferred Experience & Skills:Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Skilled in conflict resolution and adept at navigating complex challenges.Team player with a collaborative approach and a commitment to shared goals.Willingness to travel as required (up to 25%).Why Join Humata Health?Impactful Work: Contribute to innovative solutions that improve healthcare efficiency and patient outcomesRemote Flexibility: Enjoy working remotely while being part of a collaborative team, with access to our new office in Winter Park, FLCompetitive Compensation: Enjoy competitive base compensation, equity through our Employee Stock Option Plan, and bonus-eligible rolesComprehensive Benefits: Full benefits package including unlimited PTO and 401k program with employer matchGrowth Opportunities: Advance your career in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with ample professional developmentInclusive Culture: Join a diverse workplace where your ideas and contributions are valuedHumata Health will provide pay transparency information upon application to those in qualifying jurisdictions.Our salary ranges are based on competitive pay for our company's size and industry.
