In this role, you will follow up on internet leads generated during evenings, weekends, and after-hours, qualify prospects, generate interest in State Farm products and services, and connect warm opportunities with our full-time sales team. Your efforts will help ensure that no lead goes untouched and that potential customers receive a timely, professional experience. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding State Farm insurance products and services. Follow up on internet leads generated during evenings, weekends, and after-hours. Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers by gathering relevant information and assessing their insurance needs. Build rapport with potential customers and generate interest in available products and services. Schedule appointments and facilitate warm handoffs to the agency's licensed sales team. Provide basic information regarding insurance options and agency services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead activity within agency systems. Follow agency guidelines and compliance standards in all communications. Track activity and provide updates on lead generation and appointment-setting efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, or lead generation preferred. Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferred but not required. Strong communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally. Ability to work independently while staying organized and focused on goals. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn agency systems. Professional, positive, and customer-focused phone presence. Motivated by performance and contributing to the agency's growth.

SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT
