Who We're Looking For: We're seeking individuals who are diligent, communicative, and passionate about maintaining cleanliness. While previous housekeeping experience is preferred, it's not required. Responsibilities Include: General housekeeping duties in apartments and shared areas. Maintenance of equipment and supplies. Upholding resident confidentiality. Adherence to safety protocols, including driving a golf cart if necessary. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: This role requires moderate to heavy physical effort, including prolonged standing and walking. You must be able to lift up to 30 lbs independently and operate cleaning equipment effectively.
