Registered Nurse - Surgical Services

Role Overview: This position involves providing independent nursing care in a surgical setting, utilizing the nursing process to deliver routine and complex patient care. The nurse assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates care, addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs. They administer medications, monitor treatment effects, document patient information, and educate patients and families. Key Responsibilities Meet competency standards in self-leadership and team leadership. Provide nursing care aligned with ANA standards. Assess and address patient needs comprehensively. Administer treatments and medications safely. Document clinical information accurately. Educate patients and caregivers about care plans. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a related specialty preferred. Valid RN license and BLS certification required.
