Registered Nurse - OR

This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced, state-of-the- emergency and critical care setting. Responsibilities Performing assessments, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation according to the nursing process; addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs; administering medications and treatments while monitoring their effects; documenting patient information; and educating patients and families about care and resources. Qualifications A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Candidates must hold a valid RN license and BLS certification. Skills Ability to practice independently, delegate appropriately, and manage complex clinical situations, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of patient care. Key duties Providing routine and complex care, developing long-term care plans, and continuing professional development in clinical nursing practices.
