# GroomerMcCall, ID 83638## Description**Job Summary:***In the grooming department, you will be part of the team operating snow cats at night safely and efficiently. We strive for a top quality and safe snow surface that exceeds our guests' expectations.***Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Safe operation of a Pisten Bully 400 snowcat including: + Daily checkout and inspection of machines. + Correct start-up and shutdown procedures. + Tiller and Blade operation. + Efficient operating practices.* Learn the necessary skills to maintain ski runs around the mountain: + Be familiar with Brundage Mtn. trail system. + Grooming theory and techniques. + Understand changing snow and weather conditions.* Fill out daily grooming log.## Qualifications* **Job Qualifications:*** *Highschool diploma or equivalent.** *Excellent communication skills.** *Previous grooming experience preferred.** *Heavy Equipment operating experience required.** *Strong mechanical knowledge of equipment.***Other Requirements:*** *Valid driver’s license** *Must be available and willing to work night shifts. We work all holidays and weekends, 40 hours per week.***Other Requirements:*** Must be at least 21 years of age* Valid driver’s license* Ability to drive and pass insurance driving history inquiry* Must be available to work night shifts.
