ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
We’ve proudly served our community for 25 years and have grown into a team of 12 dedicated employees. Over the years, we’ve built a strong, supportive environment where teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude are at the heart of everything we do. We look for team members who are coachable, willing to use our systems, and ready to contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused office.

I’m an LSU graduate and truly love living and working in South Louisiana. Being part of this community is important to me, and our agency stays involved through local high school scholarships, adopting families and senior citizens during the holidays, and supporting community initiatives throughout the year.

We believe in taking care of our team and making work enjoyable. We offer health benefits, flexibility, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office is known for its stocked snack room, lunches, and lattes—and if there’s a national food holiday, we’re definitely celebrating. Pajama Day is one of our favorite traditions and a highlight of the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kimberly Wilcox - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
