Registered Nurse Details

• Full time schedule, 11.5 hr shifts, 7 days on, 7 days off
• Night shift — 8:00 pm to 7:30 am
• 13-week contract with option to extend
• Location: Anchorage, Alaska
• 2 openings available

Registered Nurse Duties

• Work as a member of the correctional medical staff to provide care to patients
• Follow direction of Provider to ensure care is provided in a timely manner
• Med pass, wound care, and triage
• Coverage across a multi-building correctional campus

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Alaska RN license
• Current BLS (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as an RN
• Prior experience working in corrections health is preferred
• Must be able to clear a State of Alaska background check
