Accounting Specialist

Job Description Job Description The Accounting Specialist will analyze information, maintain complete and accurate records, assist with accounting duties, and provide prompt, courteous responses to inquiries or complaints from customers and vendors. The position requires a skilled researcher with strong communication and computer skills. Position Responsibilities Accounts Receivable - sales order invoicing, new account setup, post weekly ACH receipts, credit & collections Accounts Payable - invoice entry and filing, check processing, credit card processing, and ACH payments Banking - reconciliations and ACH transactions Other responsibilities - inter-company transactions, mail processing, ordering office supplies, and other duties as assigned Position Requirements QuickBooks Enterprise software experience is preferred but not required Experience in a business environment with high transaction volume is a plus Strong math and research skills Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data Organized and detail-oriented
