As an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company, every team member has the opportunity to share in our success.As we continue to expand our Mission Critical and Data Center portfolio, we are seeking a motivated Project Manager who is passionate about project management and eager to help deliver complex, fast-paced projects that demand the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability.Primary ResponsibilitiesManages daily oversight of all assigned projectsActive participation in new Project Pre-constructionMonitor job progress, Subcontractor performance & Project costsReview Assistant Project Manager (Asst. PM) RFIs and SubmittalsWorking knowledge of project bids and issue contractsNegotiate with Subcontractors & SuppliersPrepare monthly billings and financial reportsPrepare/Conduct all Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) Meetings (Weekly)Manage Owner & Architect expectationsReview Project Schedule and Subcontractor Pay Applications with assigned Superintendent and support Contract Completion DatesOversee timely project close outAttend Owner-sponsored eventsTrain Asst.
