Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg (OBS) position requiring 2 years of experience and weekend day shifts.

Details

• Work in the Medical Surgical (Observation) unit of a 157-bed hospital
• Weekend schedule covering Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active RN license (NC or Compact) required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
• One professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide medical-surgical nursing care within an observation unit setting
• Facility has earned recognition as a Top Performer on Key Quality Measures
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for consideration
