Data Center Hvac Technician

Bill Rate: $23 Hours: M-F 7am - 3:30pm & M-F 8am - 4:30pm with bi-weekly on call rotation. In the event they are called in during that time they are paid a 4 hour minimum at 1.5 pay Location: 1902 Garden of God, Colorado Springs CO

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: This is an active Data Center Team Overview: team of 2 Resource's typical working day: Daily meeting with leader Shift rounds Monthly PM's Vendor work (mostly escorting) General maintenance tasks

Licenses/Certifications: EPA certification preferred

Must Have Skills: HVAC experience is preferred over electrical experience Data Center experience - Critical environments will also be considered (prior military experience is a great example) Need to be very detail oriented Lock out tag out Good customer service skills Controls experience Critical switching Ability to read 1 line diagrams and schematics Extensive HVAC experience Understanding the theory of Air Conditioning - Direct expansion

Nice to have skills: Electrician license preferred Years of Experience: 1-2 years Education H.S. diploma with applicable experience, trade school can take the place of experience Software skills: Microsoft Office skills - Word - Excel Building Management System experience preferred

Interview Process: 1st round phone screen 2nd round in person with HM
