Requirements Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the wellness, spa, or hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing a successful team. Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated with a passion for exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of spa services, skincare treatments, and wellness trends is a plus.
