Call Center Agent

Our client, a leading organization in the automotive support industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Agent to join their team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients with vehicle troubleshooting and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, resilience, and a customer-centric mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $16.50

What's the Job?

• Respond to incoming customer calls regarding vehicle troubleshooting and support.
• Provide accurate information about the customer program to client.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the designated systems.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships to promote loyalty and satisfaction.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Car enthusiastic individuals are welcome
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience assisting customer troubleshooting or dealing with calls of stress personal nature
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
