Global Chief People Officer: Lead Talent & Culture

Cure Blindness Project is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead global People strategy, culture, and organizational capabilities in support of its mission to cure avoidable blindness. The CPO will advise the CEO and executive team, oversee global HR operations, Total Rewards, compliance, and talent development across country offices in Asia and Africa.
