Global Chief People Officer - Remote Leadership

Cure Blindness Project is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead the global People function from a remote US-based role. You will shape talent strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness in partnership with the CEO and Board. The CPO will direct talent acquisition, Total Rewards, employee relations, and development across multiple countries, travel 10–15%, and ensure compliance with employment laws while building a high-performing global team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cureblindness
