About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll work directly with individuals and families during scheduled appointments. You'll conduct needs-based consultations, explain available insurance and financial protection options, and help clients make informed decisions.

What You'll Do

Client Consultations

• Meet with clients in their homes for scheduled appointments.

• Build trust through professional, consultative conversations.

• Assess each client's financial protection needs.

• Educate clients on available insurance products and financial solutions.

• Recommend coverage options based on individual goals.

Sales & Client Support

• Guide clients through the application process.

• Maintain consistent communication throughout the customer experience.

• Follow up with clients as needed.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale.

Business Development

• Build relationships through referrals and networking.

• Maintain an organized schedule and appointment calendar.

• Consistently follow up with prospective and existing clients.

• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Professional Development

• Participate in ongoing product and sales training.

• Attend team meetings and coaching sessions.

• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills

• Comfortable meeting clients in their homes

• Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships

Preferred

• Sales, customer service, or relationship management experience

• Insurance or financial services experience

• Active Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one if required

• Experience working independently and managing appointments
