Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Physician
\nLocations: Brooklyn, NY & Manhattan, NY (2 Openings — One Per Location)
\nPay Rate: $150–$170/hour
\nEmployment Type: Contract (120-Day Term, Option to Renew or Convert to Permanent)
\nSchedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
\nStart Date: November 2026 (ideal)
\n \nAbout the Opportunity
\nA healthcare organization is seeking Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to fill 2 open positions — one in Brooklyn, NY and one in Manhattan, NY — on a 120-day contract assignment, with the option to renew or convert to a permanent position. Ideal candidates are available for a November 2026 start date and bring hands-on experience with the Epic EMR system.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Provide direct outpatient primary care to adult patients \n
- Conduct patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning \n
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed \n
- Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams \n
- Accurately document patient encounters and treatment plans using Epic EMR \n
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Active New York State medical license required \n
- Active New York State DEA registration required \n
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine \n
- Active NYS Medicaid participation required \n
- Prior experience using Epic EMR required \n
Schedule Details

- Monday – Friday, 5 days/week \n
- Shift options: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM \n
- Assignment length: 120 days, with option to renew or convert to permanent \n
- Ideal start date: November 2026 \n
