What You’ll Do Own customer parts interactions (phone, email, and in-person) with urgency and professionalism Drive revenue through proactive selling , not just order-taking Diagnose customer needs and recommend the right parts and solutions Build and follow up on quotes with the goal of closing and converting Partner with Service, Sales, and Rental teams to keep jobs moving Manage orders, availability, and timelines with precision Create repeat customers through trust, consistency, and expertise What Success Looks Like High quote-to-order conversion Strong customer retention and repeat business Proactive communication that minimizes downtime for customers Ownership mindset—you don’t wait, you act A reputation as someone customers and teammates rely on Who You Are Competitive, driven, and accountable A problem-solver who sells , not just fulfills requests Strong communicator who builds trust quickly Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping details Mechanically inclined or experienced in heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial parts We are looking for someone who can grow with the business and help elevate our Parts operation over time.
