Project Manager

Representing a well-respected, well-established Plumbing/Heating sub, based in Manhattan, we are searching for an EXPERIENCED Plumbing/Heating Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM of 10 years of experience as a super or foreperson MUST have a working knowledge of PLUMBING MUST know how to estimate a plumbing/heating job Ability to read estimates and manage a crew to get the plumbing work completed Ability to oversee work ranging from $5k up to $5 million STRONG communication skills, written & verbal. Able to attend meetings with clients to articulate specifics and details of the projects Ability to maintain an even temperament and interface with on-site employees, other sub-contractors, architects, engineers, etc. Responsibilities also include ensuring plumbers and mechanics are enroute to their jobsites. #J-18808-Ljbffr
