Responsibilities You Will Be Embracing

Required Credentials

• Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure and credentials in the state of New York
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to secure within 90 days)
