Roofing Sales Professional

Build relationships, earn homeowners' trust, and turn opportunities into closed deals. Help customers from the first conversation through project completion. Compensation Uncapped commission structure Commission Advance Program Bonus Draw Potential Responsibilities Generate business through prospecting, canvassing, referrals, and follow-up. Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing needs and present solutions. Explain proposals, answer questions, and close sales. Coordinate with the production team throughout each project. Keep customers informed from start to finish. Manage your sales pipeline and follow through on commitments. What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A competitive mindset and winning attitude. Self-motivation, consistency, and a strong work ethic. The ability to handle rejection and keep moving forward. Honesty, professionalism, and commitment to customer service. Sales, roofing, or construction experience is a plus. Veterans are encouraged to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
