Service Desk Support Analyst

Role Overview Join GDIT as a Service Desk Support Analyst and support the Department of Education (DoED) Pivot-I Program. As a Service Desk Support Analyst, your typical day will include resolving technical issues, answering queries, and maintaining records. What You Will Do Resolving technical issues, answering queries, and maintaining records in support of internal customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems. Why It Might Be a Fit Demonstrated experience using ServiceNow, HDI-SCA certification, and access to a quiet work environment are required qualifications.
