Your primary responsibility will be engaging homeowners, educating them about our bathroom remodeling services, and scheduling free in‑home consultations for our sales team. Responsibilities include: Engage event attendees and start conversations with potential customers Generate leads and schedule qualified in‑home appointments Promote our bathroom remodeling products and services professionally Set up and break down event displays and promotional booths Travel to various events throughout the local market area Maintain a positive and professional appearance at all times Work closely with the Events Coordinator before, during, and after events Maintain event materials, displays, and marketing assets Help create an exciting and welcoming booth environment Compensation & Schedule Starting Pay: $20 per hour Guaranteed 20–30 hours per week Earn a $100 bonus for every qualified appointment you set that results in a completed demonstration/consultation Additional performance incentives available Paid training provided Advancement opportunities within a growing company Qualifications Previous customer‑facing experience required Retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurant, event marketing, or sales experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Weekend availability required Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle Ability and willingness to drive to scheduled events throughout the territory Must live within 25 miles of Temecula, CA or Murrieta, CA Why Join Us?
