Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part‑Time Property Management Associate to join our team. In this role you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our residential properties meet the highest standards, both inside and out by conducting thorough inspections and light maintenance across your local market. As part of the role, we will provide a company phone, equipment, and mileage reimbursement to support your work in the field. This part‑time position requires a commitment of 3–4 days per week, averaging 20–25 hours, and is ideal for someone who is self‑motivated, tech‑savvy, and looking to grow within the real estate industry. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in learning the property management space. Your primary goal is to identify maintenance concerns, potential hazards, code violations, and provide comprehensive inspection reports that support informed decisions around property upkeep and renovation needs. You will also be responsible for miscellaneous field tasks as needed and serve as the company’s representative on‑site, ensuring a professional presence. Responsibilities Conduct and prepare thorough inspections of both occupied and unoccupied residential properties. Capture detailed photos and provide written documentation of property conditions. Utilize special equipment and tools to test and evaluate various property components. Verify the completion and quality of work performed by third‑party vendors. Identify safety hazards, property damage, and potential future maintenance issues. Perform light maintenance including lock changes and small repairs. Post eviction notices on properties in compliance with company protocols and legal requirements. Create efficient commuting routes by prioritizing tasks based on importance and urgency. Serve as the company’s representative in the field and meet with third‑party individuals. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Must be self‑motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals. Possess strong attention to detail with an eye for residential maintenance. Have exceptional organizational and time‑management skills. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Business minded and possess problem‑solving skills. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Proficient in using a smartphone, apps, and computer.
