We are looking for a high-energy Operations Support Lead who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and knows how to keep production moving. This is not a sit-back administrative role — this is a hands-on operational leadership position that plays a direct role in production success, customer satisfaction, and company growth.

You will be the operational heartbeat between the office and the shop floor — coordinating schedules, solving bottlenecks, supporting production teams, and ensuring customer orders move efficiently from planning to completion.

This role is ideal for a strong Production Planner, Scheduler, or Manufacturing Operations professional looking to take ownership and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead Production Planning & Scheduling

• Build and manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines and maximize throughput
• Coordinate labor, machinery, materials, and production capacity requirements
• Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production documentation
• Identify high-priority orders and adjust schedules in real time to keep production flowing

Own Operational Performance

• Monitor shop floor activity and quickly address production delays, material shortages, or equipment issues
• Work directly with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality teams to eliminate bottlenecks
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and profitability
• Analyze throughput and production data to improve operational performance

Drive Communication & Accountability

• Serve as the key link between office operations and manufacturing teams
• Lead production and contract review meetings, assign action items, and ensure follow-through
• Maintain accurate production paperwork and ISO 9001 documentation
• Build strong relationships with operators, supervisors, and leadership teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Production Planning, Scheduling, or Manufacturing Operations experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, material planning, and production scheduling
• Experience working in a high-volume or fast-paced production environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience within ISO 9001 manufacturing environments preferred
• Microsoft Business Central experience is a plus, but not required
