Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | Monday – Thursday | 40 Hours/Week

Note: This job doesn't offer any benefits.

Schedule Details:

• Monday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Tuesday: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22 – $24/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to support front and back-office operations, provide clinical support, and assist with patient care and administrative duties.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience plus externship.

• Phlebotomy/venipuncture experience.

• EMR experience.

• Front and back-office experience.

• Recent experience with scheduling, patient rooming, and vital signs.

• BLS or CPR certification.

• Strong communication and computer skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certification.

• EKG experience.

• Point-of-care (POC) testing experience.

• Athena EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Support front and back-office operations.

• Greet and room patients.

• Schedule appointments and answer phones.

• Obtain and document vital signs.

• Perform blood draws and venipuncture.

• Administer vaccines.

• Perform EKG and POC testing.

• Maintain accurate patient records.

• Provide clinical support and collaborate with center staff and healthcare providers.
